“NITF” is an actively managed investment fund with assets invested in technology sector around the world. The Fund's objective is to grow the Fund's capital over the long term, depending on the Fund's risk profile. The Fund's investments will be primarily directed towards the world's major financial markets such as the US, Japan, shares of technology companies traded in Japan, Germany, etc. Given that the global technology sector dominated by US companies, investments will be concentrated in the shares of US companies. The Fund's assets will be invested in those companies in the technology sector that are likely to be able to successfully adapt to the structural technological changes taking place in the global markets and significantly improve their revenue and profit projections.
